Noblesville Softball - Onward!

Dear Noblesville Softball Family,

After much reflection, I’ve decided to step down from my role as president of our softball league next month, at the end of my term . This decision comes from a personal place — prioritizing health, family, and making space for new leadership to continue the momentum we’ve built together.

It has been a privilege to serve our community in this way. We made a large impact on a large number of girls and families. Over the past 2 years, we’ve accomplished some incredible things as a community:

• We’ve grown the program by double-digit percentages for two consecutive years.

• After losing our fields, we rallied together and — with help from some amazing partners — built four brand new fields.

• We rebranded with a fresh new logo.

• We brought back Opening Day celebration, rekindling a tradition that means so much to our players and families.

• We restructured the board to make it more sustainable and effective.

• We streamlined and documented many of our board processes to ensure smoother operations.

• And we doubled the size of our travel program, giving more athletes opportunities to compete and grow.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built — and even more excited about what’s ahead.

Our partnership with Noblesville Schools continues to strengthen. The fall season is in full stride, and board elections are coming up in October. I hear and feel the enthusiasm from our coaches, families, and surrounding communities — and it’s clear that our league is thriving. We are in need of filling many roles for the board next year, including president. Please consider attending one of our VIRTUAL board callout meetings, details below.

Most exciting of all, we’re finally able to begin work on our “forever home” project — a long-term vision that will shape the future of our league for generations. More details on that will be coming soon!

Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and walking alongside me on this journey. I’ll continue to cheer from the sidelines and support the league in any way I can.
